In this modern day and age of this world that is just like a cauldron of capitalism. Every single person in this world is living their lives as if they are running in a marathon and they need to be the first one to get across the line and they think that they are in a constant struggle to get better and better and improve their standard of living.

However, we need to understand that there are certain human limits and when we tend to challenge those human limits then there surely are going to consequences and having mental health issues are few of those problems that come along with pushing yourself to be the best among the rest.

There is deadly competition in almost all departments of the world. Let it be school life, college life, professional life or any other aspect of life. There is always the urge that is forcing human beings to strive and struggle for more than they can afford. This has brought a lot of success for human beings in the materialistic world but it has also come with it’s consequences.

Some of the problems that can be associated with mental health are as under :

  1. Lack of sleep
  2. Lack of focus
  3. Over thinking
  4. Insomnia
  5. Anxiety
  6. Depression

The problem with talking about mental health issues is that it is still considered to be one of the taboo topics to discuss and not a lot of people tend to discuss it with fellows around as they think that people will consider them mentally sick and psychopaths. However, what needs to be understood is that it is just like any other disease which should be treated properly.

We can use Antidepressants and Sleeping pills to get some relief from these issues as it is a given fact that sleep acts as perhaps the best relief giving thing to people who suffer from such issues.

There are also some other techniques as well such as going to a psychologist for a therapy and sharing everything with that psychologist will help you be a little light at heart and also improve the state of your mental health.

There are few other things as well that can be tried by the person so that his mind freshens up and negative thoughts that are very much associated with mental issues can be subdued to some extent.

The person can try to hangout with friends and get into some kind of sports and it is surely going to prove quite a handful in the long run. Joining a gym or doing running or yoga can also prove very helpful.

However, one thing must be kept in mind is to always maintain a healthy and positive attitude towards life if u want to get rid of mental health issues and without that, It is going to be very hard to comfort yourself and your soul.
